Yila Homes
Yila homes was created by Deniel Yi and Chandra Lacy. After successfully partnering on several projects the founders decided to create a company based on the structure that they found to be successful road map to real estate development. Anchored in the Seattle area the business has grown to be a national real estate company with a focus on renovations, new construction, rentals, and commercial. The success of Yila homes is founded on personal investors. These investors range from single moms, doctors, Boeing employees, financiers, and everyone in between. As a pillar of Yila homes to help grow its community by helping to grow the personal wealth of its investors and by creating products that enhance its community.
Chandra Lacy
Next to being a mother to my two beautiful children, my career in real estate is one of my greatest passions. Being a Pacific Northwest native has given me the opportunity to continue to learn and strengthen my knowledge of the real estate industry. Each day is an opportunity to keep moving forward and to learn how to best serve and communicate with my clients.
Three years ago I saw a shift in the market, and with the dramatic decrease of inventory I realized that there was a need to find more homes for my clients. The key was going to be to create them. I immediately began to work with investors to assist in renovating properties to create beautiful "like-new" homes. This experience has been such a fulfilling part of my business and has created stronger relationships with my clients to help them find and purchase the home of their dreams.
During those wonderful Summer months we have, I love to visit local lakes and parks with my children. One of my passions is coaching my daughter's basketball team and helping these young women learn the value of teamwork and other skills to help them become the powerful people that I know they will be. My family is my joy and the driving force behind all that I do. I love good books & podcasts and always take recommendations!
Deniel Yi
My passion for people has continued to be my purpose that drives me. Waking up everyday and working towards building my community, friends, and families financial future is extremely important and a pillar in my business. Successfully Working in traditional real estate over the years created a foundation for the establishment of Yila homes. Also, my background in hospitality helped to develop my skills with finance and people management. Graduating from Seattle University with a degree in finance was an intricate part of my early development career.
In my spare time I enjoy playing basketball and hitting the gym. Finding amazing restaurants and enjoying great food with family and friends is a huge passion. I enjoy the winter months with the holidays and festivities. Spending time with my family is very important to me as they have taught me everything in life. They are my anchor and personal support. You are a product of your environment so be great!
